At Salita Sports, we’re a family-owned cycling brand from Australia, built by people who’ve lived the riding life since the '90s — racing, training, and commuting on two wheels.

We’re not backed by a big corporation. We’re a small, hands-on crew designing, testing, and shipping gear we wear ourselves — because we believe cyclists deserve kit that fits right, looks sharp, and holds up mile after mile. Now, we’re bringing that same spirit to U.S. riders — honest, well-made gear from one cycling family to another. No hype. No gimmicks. Just apparel that works.

Weekends were for racing. The love of speed, the discipline of training, and the adrenaline of competition gave us something to talk about all week, right up until the next event. Those days shaped who we are — and the memories still fuel our passion.

As we grew older, life pulled us in different directions — but riding brought us back together. On our travels abroad, we explored the world by bike, renting or bringing our own and discovering new roads in every country we visited. The best moments were always at the top: summiting a mountain pass, breathless, looking down at the landscape and feeling — if only for a moment — like we were on top of the world.

Over countless coffee stops, we dreamed of creating something of our own — a brand that captured the feeling we lived for. We knew one thing for certain: climbing was at the core of our passion. While some avoid the ascent, for others — like us — it’s a way of life. There's a purity in the effort, a clarity that comes with every pedal stroke upward.

One summer, while climbing Passo Campolongo through the charming town of Corvara in northern Italy — surrounded by towering passes and unforgettable views — we knew our brand had to honour the terrain that gave us so much. And it had to carry a name that reflected the essence of what we love most.

 

Salita — the Italian word for “climb.”​............And so, SALITA was born.

Like the many riders we’ve met along the way — through blue skies, storms, tough days in the saddle, and shared stories at the summit — one thing always stood out: a deep love for the climb.
